Terms of Service

All products listed on the WindowStock Market platform are sold "as-is" from existing inventory. These products may include overstock, returns, canceled orders, or surplus materials from contractors and distributors.

• Products are available in their current condition as described by the seller
• Buyers should carefully review all product specifications, photos, and descriptions before purchase
• Any noted defects or conditions are disclosed in the listing
• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon between buyer and seller

WindowStock Market operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and third-party sellers, and, for platform inventory ("WSM Direct") and Full-Service orders, as a direct seller and service coordinator. For third-party seller listings, we are not responsible for:

• Installation: For products purchased from a third-party seller without Full-Service, the platform does not provide installation and buyers are responsible for arranging their own installation by qualified professionals. Full-Service installation, when purchased, is coordinated end-to-end through Vieser Construction under separate terms.
• Product Performance: We do not guarantee the performance, durability, or suitability of any product for a specific application.
• Code Compliance: While sellers may indicate certifications (Miami-Dade NOA, Florida Product Approval), buyers must verify compliance with local building codes.
• Warranty Claims: For third-party seller purchases, any warranties are provided by the manufacturer or seller, not by the platform.

Sellers on the WindowStock Market platform agree to:

• Accuracy: Provide accurate and complete information about all listed products, including dimensions, condition, brand, model, and any defects
• Photos: Upload clear, current photos that accurately represent the product's condition
• Availability: Keep listings updated and promptly mark items as sold or unavailable
• Communication: Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all products meet applicable safety standards and regulations

WindowStock Market's role depends on the listing type:

• For third-party seller listings, we provide the technology platform to connect buyers and sellers, do not take ownership of the listed products, are not a party to the transaction, and facilitate communication but do not guarantee transaction outcomes. A 10% platform commission is applied to completed third-party sales.
• For platform inventory ("WSM Direct") and made-to-order products fulfilled directly by Windows Stock Market, we are the seller of record for that transaction.
• Full-Service orders (product plus installation) are fulfilled and installed through Vieser Construction under a separate service agreement.

Regarding reservations and payment processing:

• Reservations: Items may be reserved for up to 24 hours. Unpicked or unpaid reservations automatically expire.
• Payment: Payment terms are arranged between buyer and seller. The platform may facilitate payment instructions.
• Commission: A 10% commission is charged on completed sales. Sellers receive their net payout after commission deduction.
• Disputes: The platform may assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to arbitrate disagreements.

All users agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not circumvent platform fees by conducting transactions outside the platform
• Report any suspicious activity to platform administrators
